Salary: £12.40 per hour

Responsibilities:
The actual tasks may change for the right person as you morph into the team and everyone works to their own strengths, but as a guide will include the following:
- Replying to customer enquiries by email
- Answering the phone for enquiries
- Organising the staff rota and liaising with the Operations Manager
- Ordering food and drinks stock for the boats
- Assisting the Marketing Coordinator with social media and email posts
Experience
- You’ll likely have worked in customer service position before, ensuring that every customer has their own needs met. You’ll see something that needs doing and go and do it, whether it’s a big or little job.
- You don’t have to know about boats or the marine industry, we can give you all the training you need to understand the relevant nautical terms and what our boats do and where they go. You just need to be ready and eager to learn.
Hours and Location
This role is permanent, five days a week (Monday to Friday) between 10am-2pm.
Our office is located within Cardiff Marina (Watkiss Way, CF11 0SY)
