About the Role
We are currently looking to add an admin assistant to our team. Guarantee of 20 hours per week latest start 13:00 – earliest finish 17:00 Mon to Fri and depending on your requirement and the time of year its likely to be more if it is wanted and available.
The environment can be fast paced and you will need to be able to work independently and follow set practices. The ideal candidate will have some flexibility regards the hours due to certain days being particularly busy.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for;
- Managing high volumes of incoming calls from clients,
- Transferring calls and taking messages for colleagues,
- Providing updates on orders for customers calling in over the phone,
- Updating customer accounts with changes of information,
- Supporting the office with any supporting administration tasks,
- Liaising with the installations manager and assisting with logistics and job scheduling,
Requirements:
This role would suit someone with some office experience who has an excellent telephone manner and good admin skills. You will need be comfortable managing high volumes of calls, working on computers and working in a busy environment! No day is the same and some of the other daily duties are as follows-
- Thorough attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work in a group and on their own
- Strong organisational skills
- Confidence in decision making
- Positive attitude for greeting clients on the telephone
- Familiarity with scheduling and organisational software
