Salary: £15.00 – £16.00 an hour

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and a professional approach to communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Logging staffing information & data base details
  • Maintain and organise office supplies and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Keeping vehicle information, mots, service & congestion charges up to date
  • Support team members with administrative tasks to facilitate project completion.
  • Ensure accurate data entry into various systems while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in clerical and office tasks with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry accuracy and speed.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
