Salary: £26,000 to £32,000 per year

As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll be central to our operations, bringing exceptional organisation, enthusiasm, and attention to detail to everything you do. You’ll play a pivotal role in creating a positive, productive work environment and ensuring employees have a smooth and engaging experience. This dynamic role combines administrative tasks, coordination, and proactive initiatives to support employee well-being, development, and performance.

Main Duties

What You’ll Do:

  • Shape the employee journey: Coordinate HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance, ensuring a seamless experience at every stage.
  • Be a culture champion: Foster a positive workplace by planning memorable events and driving impactful employee engagement initiatives.
  • Keep things running smoothly: Organise meetings, travel, and logistics with precision and efficiency.
  • Support behind the scenes: Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and finance tasks to keep operations on track.
  • Drive growth and performance: Schedule and facilitate performance reviews, assist managers with goal-setting and reporting.
