Salary: £12,887.25 for 20 hours per week

Overview

We need somebody who has had experience taking notes and action points and/or minutes at senior management meetings. This individual must have an eye for detail with a commitment to accuracy. We also require somebody who can juggle tasks with flexibility and ease and is able to review the bigger picture to prioritise workloads and deadlines which must be met. We need somebody who has a strong team ethic, who is professional and approachable and who is not afraid to approach colleagues in person to move forward with actions to meet deadlines and who has clear written and verbal communication skills.

The role is part time 10am – 2pm Monday to Friday but, for approximately twenty days per year, the assistant would be expected to work into the evening, starting at 4pm until approximately 9pm (daytime hours would be adjusted accordingly). These evening are non-negotiable, as during this time they would be providing administrative assistance during Board and Committee meetings; set dates of the evening meetings can be provided before applying for this role.

Salary: £12,887.25 for 20 hours per week

There is flexibility for the Administration Assistant to work from home when they are not required to carry out administration duties in the office. Note: MHA policy is that depending on the role staff must work a minimum of two days per week in the office.
