About the Role

1st Scenic is looking for a dedicated and efficient Admin Assistant to join our expanding team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support our business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Administrative Duties: Perform a variety of general administrative tasks, including data input and handling client correspondence.
  • Answering Phone Calls: Provide a professional first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, directing calls appropriately.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Competently use Microsoft Excel and Word for document preparation, data entry, and report generation..
  • Filing and Scanning: Organise and maintain both physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are properly scanned and filed for easy retrieval.
  • Email Management: Respond to emails in a timely and professional manner, managing the inbox and ensuring prompt attention to queries.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
