About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring effective phone etiquette.
- Maintain an organised office environment, file company documents and keep on top of paperwork.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and manage financial records accurately.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed, ensuring all documents are well-formatted and error-free.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks and data entry is required.
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
