About the Role

Rehab 4 Addiction is a web and phone-based company. It is essential for you to research “Rehab 4 Addiction” before applying for the role.

We are looking for a work-from-home admin assistant (remote work) to conduct basic data entry and support the admin/office team. You will be expect to work to deadlines from time to time and carry out various admin tasks relating to web enquiries and customer data. Full comprehensive training will be given.

9 am – 3pm Monday to Friday (This is flexible and we can vary this if needed. With the chance of overtime)

Responsibilities

The role can vary from day to day with various office administration tasks needing to be completed which can included but not limited to –

  • Dealing with customer data
  • Data entry
  • Answering general enquiries on the phone, email and social media if needed (but not at first)
  • Dealing with customer requests
  • Using our in-house customer & accounting system.
