About the Role

Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Remote – Renfrewshire Preferred)

Energy Vault is hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our team remotely. We’re looking for someone experienced and independent — confident managing admin tasks without handholding.

Responsibilities

  • General admin support: email handling, document prep, calendar scheduling
  • Keeping compliance files accurate and up to date
  • Supporting day-to-day business operations
  • Learning new computer systems quickly
  • Bonus: Sales or marketing support

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of admin experience (essential)
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and file organisation
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Based in or near Renfrewshire (preferred)

Details:

15–20 hours per week

Fully remote with flexible working hours
