Energy Vault is hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our team remotely. We’re looking for someone experienced and independent — confident managing admin tasks without handholding.
Responsibilities
- General admin support: email handling, document prep, calendar scheduling
- Keeping compliance files accurate and up to date
- Supporting day-to-day business operations
- Learning new computer systems quickly
- Bonus: Sales or marketing support
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of admin experience (essential)
