About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Team on a temporary basis. This role is essential in supporting our team by leading the transition of our file storage system from a shared drive to SharePoint, enhancing our documentation and information sharing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and complete the project of moving the team’s files from a shared drive to SharePoint.
  • Manage the diary of the Manager and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute team meeting notes, agendas, and minutes.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the team’s work.

Essential Attributes and Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on SharePoint.
  • Strong organisational skills to effectively manage the SharePoint project.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team.
  • Previous administrative experience.

Desirable Attributes and Requirements:

  • Experience working in a Higher Education environment.
