About the Role
Description
CF Psychology is the UK’s lead diagnostic assessment service. We are looking for an administrative assistant to work in our extremely busy remote diagnostic assessment service for Higher Education Institutions (HEI’s). We have a team of around 45 psychologists who provide these assessments. You will work with the manager of the service to support the psychologists and students in completing their assessments. You will also liaise with the HEIs who refer their students.
We take a Digital First approach in CF Psychology. Students book their appointments using our online booking system and we have several other software platforms which enable our service to run smoothly and frees up time, so that we can focus taking care of our clients. We pride ourselves on providing a gold standard service in terms of our diagnostic assessment model, client care and attention to detail. The assistant role will involve administrative support but also contact with clients. Full training and support will be provided.
