About the Role
GI Group Newcastle are recruiting for a Part-Time Admin Support role on a temporary basis, offering the flexibility of remote work. The position requires 5 hours per day, between 8am – 2pm.
You will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, including managing digital filing systems, assisting with document updates, and offering ongoing support to the Chief Admin Officer.
Main Duties
- Organising and updating digital filing systems and office databases
- Providing administrative support for efficient office operations
- Communicating frequently with teams to offer support
- Responding to emails and digital communications
- Using software to create and edit documents
- Prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Professional, confident, and excellent communicator
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage tasks independently
- Able to work well under pressure with good literacy and numeracy
