Position: Administrative Officer
Salary: ₦150,000 to ₦200,000
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Abuja
Main Duties
- Manage office supplies, including inventory and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Track and document administrative expenses, including petty cash management.
- Assist with the preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Assist in the coordination of staff recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation for staff.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including managing schedules and calendars.
