Position: Administrative Support Assistant

Salary: £20,000 to £27,000 a year

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Administrative & Executive Support Assistant to join our growing team in our UK office. This newly created opportunity reports to the Senior Vice President and will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive team. Key tasks may include managing schedules, meetings and travel arrangement, prepare reports, presentations and documentation utilising our online SalesForce platform required.

Main Duties

  • Supporting Salesforce users, managing data, maintaining security standards and delivering actionable analytics.
  • Work with the global sales administration manager to ensure consistency of Salesforce data
  • Generate sales reports and analytics to assist in strategy development.
  • Responsible for extensive diary management
  • Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistic of the meeting
  • To support customer records as requested, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • PowerPoint presentations and executive reports,
  • System and intra-net data administration

Qualifications

  • To succeed in this newly created role, you should have extensive experience in senior-level administrative support, as well as proficiency with Salesforce for data gathering and generating high-level operational and sales reports.
