About the Role

Carter Jonas is looking for a part time and flexible Administrator on a zero hours contract to assist our 16 lettings offices with tenancy progression. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tenancy processes simultaneously. You’ll need to be confident working to deadlines, able to prioritise effectively, and open to taking on occasional ad hoc projects.

The position offers flexibility and can be home-based or located in one of our offices, if preferred.

Main Tasks

  • Referencing applicants,
  • Carrying out AML checks,
  • Arranging pre tenancy works,
  • Dealing with change of sharers,
  • Negotiating and processing renewals,
  • Taking on some aspects of property management

What will it take to be successful?

This role would suit someone who has experience in tenancy progression and lettings, but full training will be provided. Experience of using Reapit would be beneficial but not essential. We are seeking someone with excellent communication, organisational and multitasking skills. You’ll be a strong team player, with the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. You will also be IT literate and comfortable working with databases and relevant software.
