Support Worker – Sessional Contract (Brentwood)
UK driving licence preferred

We’re looking for caring, reliable individuals to join our team in Brentwood as Support Workers on a sessional (flexible) contract. Whether you’re experienced in care or just starting out, we provide full training and a supportive environment to help you thrive.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll help people with complex needs live more independently in their own homes and communities. You’ll be supporting individuals with:
- Acquired brain injuries
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Physical disabilities
- Mental health conditions
Every day is different, and your support will be tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals—making a real and lasting difference in their lives.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support with:
- Personal care and wellbeing
- Meal planning and preparation
- Household tasks
- Hobbies, activities, and social events
- Building confidence and independence
- Shifts are typically 10 or 12 hours (e.g., 8am–8pm, 10am–10pm, 12pm–10pm), including weekdays and weekends.
