As a Bank Support Worker, you will assist residents throughout their rehabilitation journey by providing compassionate and person-centred support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate genuine empathy, patience, and resilience, particularly when supporting individuals through challenging stages of recovery. Applicants should also possess excellent face-to-face communication skills and a good standard of literacy, which are important for effective interaction with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
