Our Vacancy

We are looking to recruit zero hour bank workers for our young people scheme, Barnsbury Park N1 1HH. This is a 24/7 supported housing scheme for thirteen 16 and 17 year olds, situated a 5 minute walk from Highbury and Islington station. The service delivers housing related support using a trauma informed approach on subjects including accessing training, education and employment, budgeting, managing a tenancy and independent living skills. This is a Ofsted regulated service with a an emphasis on exemplary safeguarding measures and recording. If successful, you would not be limited to working at Barnsbury Park, we have multiple service across London.

You’re kind, compassionate and driven to protect the rights of the people you support. You’ll respect individual characters you are supporting and the different wants and needs they may have.

To be a success in this role you’re:

  • Able to work on a rota basis, working across a 24/7 shift pattern.
  • You’re able to understand and respond to people’s unique needs and desires.
  • You’re experienced in providing support to vulnerable individuals.
  • You’re able to maintain records, with high levels of attention to detail.

This role will require an enhanced DBS check. Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
