Role and Responsibilities:
As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents in line with their care plans. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and grooming.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, encouraging social interactions.
- Assisting with mobility and supporting residents to participate in activities.
- Observing and reporting any changes in residents’ health or well-being to nursing staff.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to handover discussions.
- Following health, safety, and infection control policies at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a care or support role is essential.
- A caring, compassionate, and respectful approach to resident care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays, as needed.
