About the Role
Managing day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling and customer service.
Training, supervising and motivating bar staff to deliver top-notch service.
Developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Qualifications
