Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to join our finance team. Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile financial transactions using accounting Xero
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and statements
- Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required
- Maintain organised financial records for audit purposes
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
- Proficiency in accounting software Xero
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger management
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
