About the Role

Internship Programme

We have an exciting opportunity for an intern to join our Global PMO team supporting project management by developing and maintaining project documentation, tracking milestones and dependencies, analysing problems, and producing business analysis deliverables.

Responsibilities include assisting with user acceptance testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally, organizing meetings and workshops, and undertaking ad-hoc tasks as directed by PMO leadership.

Based in Madrid or London, our internship program starts on the 2nd June 2025 and will end on August 22nd 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and presentations.
  • Support project managers in tracking project milestones, tasks, and dependencies.
  • Performing problem analysis, investigating underlying issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Producing business analysis deliverables, such as project brief, process maps, statement of requirements or user stories, using relevant documentation standards as per delivery methodology (e.g., agile or traditional).
  • Assisting in defining and carrying out user acceptance tests for new or improved business processes and technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project updates and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Assist in organizing meetings and workshops with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders, across multiple countries, and presenting findings and outcomes both verbally and in writing.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the PMO leadership team.

Who we’re looking for

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant IT Discipline, Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in project management, business analysis, and a desire to pursue a career in this field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
