About the Role
Reports to: Senior Business Analyst
Work schedule: 37.5 hours
The Opportunity:
To support product deployment projects working with the Project Management Team, Implementation Team, Partnership Team and our customers. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions as part of the deployment and delivery process and large-scale changes to existing accounts. To act as a core point of contact for the deployment project ensuring customer leads are fully supported and guided throughout the implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform product specific system configuration and data set-up on the test and live environments when required.
- Take a comprehensive handover from the Sales team, Partnership Management Team and PMO to assess and scope deployment and managed service projects.
- Ensure appropriate project documents are produced using agreed templates and properly version controlled and filed.
- Report overall progress against the plan on a regular basis both to the customer and internally.
- Negotiate with, liaise with, co-ordinate and monitor the activities of customer stakeholders as appropriate to ensure all projects are implemented in a timely manner, to a high quality and to agreed standards.
- Ensure that all project activity is fully documented and effectively handed over to the Partnership Team and Support Team at project closure.
- Identify potential risks in the overall project plan, design and implementation method and to propose pragmatic solutions to minimise or remove risks.
- Identify conflicting priorities and propose appropriate action to deliver the business analysis part of the project.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, colleagues and external contacts at all levels.
- Maintain knowledge to be able to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical customers.
- Maintain knowledge of all product feature functionality to enable effective presentations during deployments.
- Perform quality assurance on the test and live environments, assist with user acceptance testing.
- Communicate key insights and findings to the Product Management team, when applicable.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimisation strategies with and for customers.
- Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernise systems.
- Perform requirements gathering and analysis; documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful analysis and solutions.
- Provide training and coaching to customers.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements, serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
