You will collaborate across all levels of the organisation, contributing to everything from shaping strategic direction and defining goals, to developing high-level designs, gathering programme and project requirements, and driving continuous improvement in processes and technology.
A typical day In this role could include researching problems with stakeholders, aligning unique and diverse viewpoints, and exploring complex processes and data. You will work together with teams responsible for policy and legislation to understand the results of research or analysis and then turn those results into practical recommendations or solutions, supporting the implementation of change.
We have vacancies across a number of projects and programmes in the Change Portfolio, Digital and Transformation Group and in this role, you will be a key part of the team delivering Change within the Department.
