About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Interns to join our dynamic team. Main Duties
- Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement using data analysis skills.
- Utilize tools such as Power BI and SQL to gather, analyze, and visualize data for reporting purposes.
- Support the development of ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with team members on Agile projects, contributing to brainstorming sessions and project planning.
- Create process maps and documentation using Visio to enhance understanding of workflows.
- Participate in meetings, providing insights based on research and analysis.
- Help prepare presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Power BI, SQL, VBA, or similar tools is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
