Duties
- Assist in collecting and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Support process mapping, workflow analysis, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support business decisions.
- Help prepare reports, client presentations, and business documentation.
- Collaborate with analysts and consultants on active client projects.
- Contribute to project tracking, coordination, and delivery tasks.
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in business analysis, consulting, or data-driven problem solving.
