About the Role
Hybrid/Remote: 2 – 3 days per week in the office
We are currently partnered with one of the UK’s largest airport operators, , connecting millions of passengers to over 250 destinations every year.
They are currently on a transformative journey to reposition themselves as a leader in airport technology and innovation. Historically focused on infrastructure and asset-heavy operations, they have become much more product focused and are now leveraging technology to drive efficiency, improve customer experiences, and achieve long-term strategic growth!
They’re now looking for a Business Analyst to join their HR & Payroll area, which supports around 25 applications. This role will be central to driving system digitisation, process automation, and business efficiencies across the organisation.
You’ll work with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and ensure changes are delivered successfully – acting as a trusted advisor to shape improvements, partner with delivery teams, and make sure solutions meet business needs and deliver real benefits.
Who are they looking for?
- Solid BA experience across systems, process, and data change
- Comfortable working in both agile and waterfall environments

- SAP/HR/Payroll systems knowledge is a plus
