What does Business Analyst mean at Prinova?
- The Business Analyst works with IT, business leaders, and end users to implement projects from concept to completion in the supply chain and manufacturing areas across Prinova. This includes eliciting, analysing, specifying, and implementing solutions that address evolving business requirements from internal and external stakeholders and/or improve the efficiency of current processes.
- Serving as a functional expert, the analyst will apply strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills while proactively collaborating with the business and leveraging new technologies to optimise business processes.
- This individual may also be called upon to support other areas of the organisation.

Responsibilities
What to expect?
- Identify processes for improvement, document existing processes, analyse gaps between current processes and product capabilities, design new processes, develop performance measures, and assist users in transitioning to new processes.
- Manage day-to-day activities of assigned projects and prioritise workload to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement changes in custom ERP systems, including unit testing, integrated testing with users, and final deployment.
- Provide primary support for global custom ERP systems.
- Proactively identify or collaborate with users to discover opportunities where technology can be used to optimise business processes.
- Develop methods to identify data patterns and trends to assess deployed systems and predict potential challenges or future opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals that evaluate alternatives and recommend the most viable options.
- Support ancillary software systems in addition to the primary ERP.
Requirements
Does this sound like you?
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role is required
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred
- ERP support experience is needed, preferably in —preferably within manufacturing industries
- Experience with the implementation and maintenance of sales order, procurement, and inventory modules
- Business analyst-level understanding of a wide range of processes in manufacturing, MRP, warehouse operations, transportation, sales orders, purchase orders, and inventory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Experience with end-user training and mentoring
- Ability to work on multiple, complex technical problems concurrently
- Ability to adjust work schedule as business needs require required by the business
