Business Analyst – Visa Sponsorship

Salary: £34,610 – £41,064per annum

Job Summary

This role may be eligible for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route. If requiring visa sponsorship, the successful applicant will also need to meet a range of individual criteria to satisfy Home Office requirements. THE POST – Business Analyst

As part of the Strategic PMO, this role supports the successful delivery of projects aligned to the University’s strategic objectives, with a strong focus on IT systems and digital change. You’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technology, using analytical skills and data insight to drive improvements, enhance efficiency, and support a culture of benefits realisation.

You will analyse business processes, capture clear requirements, and provide data driven recommendations.

Working closely with stakeholders and IT teams, you’ll design solutions, document processes, support testing, and communicate findings that enable effective decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, collaboration, and making a measurable impact through process and digital transformation.

The successful candidate should have the following:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Experience of undertaking project management or change management-related activities.
  • Experience of writing reports and presenting intricate information clearly.
  • Experience of working in a complex environment where there is a wide range of parallel and mutually dependent activities
