Key Responsibilities:
- Study and review business departments or specific problem areas, assessing how they interrelate with wider organisational activities.
- Examine work methods and operational procedures, measure work involved in day-to-day activities, and support the calculation of standard times for key tasks.
- Prepare structured reports outlining recommendations for increasing operational efficiency and reducing unnecessary costs.
- Assist with the purchasing of services, processing of incoming payments from clients, and handling contract documentation and contractual arrangements.
- Draft internal communications, prepare written materials, informational notices and supporting documents to promote business processes, services and operational policies.
- Maintain well-organised business records, documentation systems, logs and compliance files.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, creating agendas, taking minutes and supporting management in coordination activities.
- Conduct basic research, collect data and support projects aimed at improving workflows and organisational performance.
- Ensure all work complies with internal procedures, confidentiality obligations and GDPR requirements.
- Undertake other business and administrative functions that contribute to smooth operational performance.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
- Previous experience in a business administration, office support or business-operations role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess workflows, work methods and departmental processes.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Competence with Microsoft Office and common business software tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing documents and interacting with colleagues and clients.
- High attention to detail, accuracy and professionalism.
- English Language Level: IELTS 6.0 (CEFR B2) or equivalent English proficiency. Minimum academic requirement: (graduate level qualification).
