The long-term residents and students we support at Bradbury Gardens, situated close to Pittville Park in Cheltenham have a wide range of learning and physical disabilities. Like other young people of the same age many of them love fashion, listening to music, shopping, watching sport and socialising with their friends.

Main Duties

As a member of the care and support team you’ll:

  • Help with personal care, including washing, dressing and mealtimes
  • Accompany and support our residents and students in their daily activities
  • Record and share with families the progress made towards personal goals and aspirations
  • Keep in touch with family and friends so residents can spend time together/chat
  • Administer medication to residents after receiving relevant training.
