About the Role:
We are currently expanding our team and looking for dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Workers to join our growing healthcare service across multiple locations. As part of our Home Office-compliant onboarding process, we are happy to consider applications from individuals who have been displaced from other care providers due to licence issues.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of care experience in the UK
- Must be based in or near one of the listed locations
- Right to work in the UK (or in process of Home Office transfer)
- Willingness to complete mandatory NVQ Level 2 training
- Commitment to 12 weeks of uninterrupted shift work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate and reliable approach to care
