About the Role

THIS POSITION REQUIRES YOU TO PROVIDE SUPPORT IN CLIENT’S HOME FOR Short and LONG HOUR SHIFTS RANGING FROM 45MINS-6HOURS. YOU MUST DRIVE OR BE ABLE TO COMMUTE AROUND MANCHESTER, ESPECIALLY M13 Areas RELIABLY. MINIMUM OF 15HRS PER WEEK GURANTEED

Summary

We are seeking a care/Support Worker to join our team at Premald Care Ltd. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, ensuring they receive the care and assistance they need to maintain their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients’ health conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes to the management team.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Support clients in engaging with community activities and resources.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a caregiving or support role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to client care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
  • Must drive and have access to your own car.
