The Care Assistant will provide high-quality, person-centred adult social care, supporting individuals with daily living activities in line with agreed care plans. Duties may include personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, and promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
This role is offered under the Adult Social Care Displaced Worker Scheme and is intended for a displaced adult social care worker already in the UK on a Health and Care Visa, whose previous sponsored employment has ended through no fault of their own.
The post holder will work as part of a care team, maintain accurate records, and follow Care Inspectorate standards, organisational policies, and safeguarding requirements. Appropriate induction, pastoral support, and Fair Work conditions, including payment of at least the Real Living Wage, will be provided
