About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Domiciliary Support Workers to provide vital care services to individuals in their homes. This role involves visiting multiple clients during each shift, so a valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential.
Areas we serve:
Melksham, Bradford on Avon, Rowde, Lacock, Urchfont, Poulshot, Calne, Chippenham, Devizes, Trowbridge, Warminster, and Westbury.
At Autonomy Care, we support both young people and adults, helping them maintain independence and comfort in their own homes while ensuring their wellbeing and care needs are met around the clock.
What you can expect when you join us:
– Monday to Friday (7:00am – 8:00pm): £11.90 per hour
– Monday to Friday (8:00pm – 10:00pm): £12.65 per hour
– Saturday & Sunday (7:00am – 8:00pm): £12.65 per hour
– Saturday & Sunday (8:00pm – 10:00pm): £13.65 per hour
– Bank Holidays: £16.50 – £19.00 per hour
– Paid business mileage (45p per mile)
– Holiday top-up payments for regular overtime (T&Cs apply)
Shift details:
– Shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm
– Working alternate weekends is required

Main Duties
- Everyday tasks such as shopping, sitting services and light housework to encourage self-help skills
- Creating fun and engaging activities
- Assisting with cooking and support in the kitchen
- Assisting with fantastic days out with our service users
- Assisting with personal care with our service users
- Completing relevant documentation
Qualifications
- Hold a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
