About the Role
Esther Care Home is a residential care home registered for 11 service users. The home is for persons with mental health, Learning disabilities, Physical disabilities, Sensory impairments, Challenging behaviour etc.
We are looking for compassionate, friendly and responsible Carers’ to join our Care Team to carry out their duties in line with the company’s policies and procedures.
As a Carer you will be responsible for ensuring the service users receive high-quality person centred support whilst ensuring dignity and respect. You will be required to support residents with their daily needs and activities such as meals, bathing, dressing, toileting, personal care, whilst at all times ensuring our residents stay as independent as possible and encouraging their self esteem and self worth.
Your working hours are 39 hours per week.
Sponsorship will be provided inside UK candidate based upon their performances.
Not accepting International applications.
Main Duties
- As a Carer you will be responsible for ensuring the service users receive high-quality person centred support whilst ensuring dignity and respect.
