Applicants must be based in Leeds, UK.
You will be recruited to a dedicated care team operating in Leeds.
Shift pay rather than pay per call, which means you are paid from the start of your first call to the end of your last call within a shift.
Pay: £12.60 p/hr (drivers) & £12.25 p/hr (walkers)
Mileage – 45p per mile for drivers / 20p per mile for cyclists
Part-time hours available
Full-time hours available
As a Care Assistant for Bless Barbs Healthcare, your working hours will be aligned to our shift patterns, which includes early starts, late evenings and weekend working:
Early shift: 7:00am – 2:00pm
Late shift: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Alternate full weekends, or every Saturday or every Sunday
Evenings as agreed within your working hours

Induction Training:
We are looking for people with values to join our team. You may have no direct experience, or you may have been a Carer for a friend or family member. Regardless, we will provide you with the training you need to be an outstanding Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant for Bless Barbs Healthcare, you will be provided with comprehensive induction training on:
