Position: Care Assistant – Domiciliary

Salary: £12.20 an hour

Job Type: Full Time

About the Role

As a Domiciliary Care Assistant at Flexi Direct Health Care, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. (1 to 1 Care and Support and Live Carer`s also required)

We are looking to engage carers in the following areas:

Oxford and surrounding areas.

Main Duties

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting with daily activities, including meal preparation and medication reminders
  • Promoting independence and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Following individual care plans and documenting any changes or observations

Qualifications

Qualities we’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Essential Requirements:

  • Full UK Driving License and your own vehicle with business insurance
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Good standard of oral and written communication skills
  • MUST LIVE WITHIN OXFORD/OXFORDSHIRE
  • Flexibility
