About the Role
We are a provider of complex care is looking to employ Care Workers to support our clients. You will have at least 6 to 12 months UK based care experience and be willing to work with adults and children with complex care needs. This job comes with visa sponsorship if required.
Responsibilities
- Assist service users with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in service users’ conditions.
- Drive to various locations as needed to provide home care services.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure high-quality care.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while providing compassionate support..
Skills and Experience
- Punctual, reliable with a genuine interest in caring for clients with complex care needs;
- Able to support with Personal Care; Feeding; Continence Care; Play Therapy;
- An ability to communicate with clients with varying degrees of communication needs.
- Relevant training including Care Certificate. You will also receive comprehensive training that will prepare you to manage the client’s needs.
