A Domiciliary Care Company is looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join its team in Hatfield, East of England. This role requires at least 6 to 12 months of UK-based care experience and a willingness to work with adults and children with complex care needs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care, supporting individuals in their own homes, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates who require it.

About the Role

We are a provider of complex care is looking to employ Care Workers to support our clients. You will have at least 6 to 12 months UK based care experience and be willing to work with adults and children with complex care needs. This job comes with visa sponsorship if required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist service users with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in service users’ conditions.
  • Drive to various locations as needed to provide home care services.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure high-quality care.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while providing compassionate support..

Skills and Experience

  • Punctual, reliable with a genuine interest in caring for clients with complex care needs;
  • Able to support with Personal Care; Feeding; Continence Care; Play Therapy;
  • An ability to communicate with clients with varying degrees of communication needs.
  • Relevant training including Care Certificate. You will also receive comprehensive training that will prepare you to manage the client’s needs.
