Overview
We are looking for dedicated and empathetic Care Assistants who are also drivers to join our growing team. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues are essential.
In this role, you will support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting
- Supporting with mobility and physical activity
- Administering medication (following training and guidelines)
- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding where necessary
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health or behaviour
- Maintaining accurate care records and following care plans
Requirements:

- Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful
- Right to work in the UK
