Position Details
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 20–50 hours per week (flexible)
Shifts: Flexible rota including alternate weekend cover
Location: Stockport and surrounding areas (SK1 to SK8)

Role Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes (washing, dressing, medication prompts, mobility assistance)
- Assist with meal preparation, light domestic tasks, and shopping as required
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Follow individualised care plans to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Maintain accurate care records and promptly report any concerns
- Drive between client visits across Stockport and nearby areas, ensuring punctuality and reliability
- Uphold the company’s values, safeguarding, and confidentiality policies at all times
Requirements
Essential:
- A caring and compassionate nature

Desirable:
- Previous care experience (not essential – full training provided)
- Knowledge of the Stockport area and surrounding communities
Typical Shift Patterns
Mornings: 7:00am – 2:00pm
Evenings: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
