Looking for a stable care role in the UK with real growth opportunities and visa support? Three Clover Care is recruiting a full-time Care Assistant in Welwyn Garden City, offering switch visa sponsorship for suitable candidates ready to build a long-term career in domiciliary care.
In this role, you will provide person-centred support to clients in their own homes, working both independently and alongside a supportive team. Strong communication skills are important, as the position involves engaging with clients, families, and healthcare professionals while following structured care plans. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to the nature of home visits, and while prior experience in domiciliary care is beneficial, comprehensive in-person training is provided to help you succeed.
This opportunity is ideal for compassionate and reliable individuals who want to make a meaningful difference while developing professionally in the UK care sector. Switch visa sponsorship is available for candidates already in the UK who meet eligibility requirements, making this a valuable pathway for those seeking both career progression and long-term stability.
