Position: Care Assistant, Health Carer & Support Worker

Salary: £24,420.00-£31,000.00 per year

Description

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Health Care Assistants to join our care team in London. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes or supported living environments.

Visa sponsorship is available for eligible local candidates already in the UK, subject to meeting role and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
  • Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication support
  • Support service users with independence, dignity, and respect
  • Observe, monitor, and report changes in service users’ health or wellbeing
  • Maintain accurate care records in line with company policies
  • Follow care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures
  • Communicate effectively with service users, families, and care teams

Requirements

  • Previous experience in health or social care is preferred (training can be provided)
  • Caring, patient, and empathetic approach
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Right to work in the UK
