Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support in clients’ homes
- Assist with daily living activities including personal care, washing, dressing, and toileting
- Support meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility assistance
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and promote independence
- Accurately record care visits using our electronic system
- Adhere to CareYourWay’s policies, safeguarding standards, and confidentiality requirements
