As demand for our services continues to grow, we’re expanding our dedicated team of Health Care Assistants across Southampton (SO14–SO19), Totton, Lyndhurst, Ashurst, and Marchwood.
We’re currently hiring both full-time and part-time Health Care Assistants who are passionate about supporting others.
Flexible Shifts to Suit Your Lifestyle
Morning shifts: 7:00am – 2:00pm
Evening shifts: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
Alternate weekend availability is required
What You’ll Do
- As a Health Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping our customers maintain their independence and dignity at home. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support with daily routines
- Offering companionship and emotional reassurance
- Assisting with or administering medication
- Preparing meals tailored to individual needs
- Supporting with light domestic tasks and errands
What We’re Looking For
- A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential for covering SO14–SO19 and surrounding areas)
- A caring, compassionate, and reliable nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- No previous care experience required – full training provided
- Applicants must be 18 years or older
