We are looking for kind, dependable care staff who take pride in delivering compassionate, person-centred care to older people. In this rewarding role, you’ll be supporting residents with daily living — from helping with personal care and dressing to encouraging social interaction and wellbeing. You’ll also help complete care plans and respond promptly to residents’ needs.

Kindness, respect and empathy are at the heart of everything we do, so we’re looking for people who share those values. You should be able to work well both independently and as part of a team, with good organisational and communication skills. Basic IT knowledge and GCSEs in English and Maths are desirable.

You will ideally have:

  • A caring and supportive approach to others
  • Good understanding of person-centred care principles
  • Experience working in a care or similar setting (preferred)
  • The ability to make sound decisions in the best interests of residents

In return, we offer:

  • Free on-site parking
  • Generous annual leave entitlement
  • A full induction and ongoing training opportunities
  • Support to achieve care qualifications
  • A warm, inclusive and supportive team environment

Please note, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. All applicants must already have the legal right to work in the UK. We are able to offer 20 hours per week, which may suit someone who already holds a valid visa and is looking to take on additional work.

Our commitment:

We’re dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults at risk and to providing an inclusive and welcoming workplace for everyone.

This role involves regulated activity, and appointment is subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check. Please note, under the Safeguarding and Vulnerable Groups Act 2006, it is an offence for individuals barred from working with adults at risk to apply for this position.
