About Bluebird Care
Driven by a vision that transcended conventional residential care, Paul and Lisa Tarsey established Bluebird Care in 2004. They sought to empower individuals to maintain their independence within their own homes, crafting a flexible, client-centric home care model founded on dignity and personalized support. From a single office in Petersfield, Hampshire, their compassionate and tailored services swiftly garnered acclaim.
Bluebird Care, offering everything from personal care and household assistance to companionship and specialized dementia support, redefined the standards of domiciliary care. This initial success prompted the development of a franchise system, allowing local offices to extend their high-quality care throughout the UK
Currently, encompassing more than 220 independently managed franchise locations across the UK and Ireland, Bluebird Care has become a leading home care provider. Though each franchise operates autonomously, they are all bound by the core Bluebird Care principle: to deliver exceptional, person-centered care that addresses the unique requirements of each individual they serve.
