Care Assistant (Skilled Worker Visa Considered)

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity at all times
  • Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming, according to individual care plans
  • Support clients with mobility needs
  • Prepare and serve meals, supporting clients with eating and drinking where required
  • Administer or assist with medication in line with care plans and company policies
  • Carry out household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality procedures
  • Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to deliver person-centred care
