Supreme Care Services is recruiting dedicated and professional Care Workers to join our BRENTWOOD team. As a Care Worker, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to service users in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing at all times.
You will represent Supreme Care Services with professionalism and compassion while maintaining the highest standards of care delivery and safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care in line with individual care plans and risk assessments
- Support with daily living tasks including personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation and companionship
- Prompt medication in line with company policy
- Accurately complete care notes and report any changes in service users’ condition immediately
- Use moving and handling equipment safely (hoists, wheelchairs, stair lifts etc.)
- Follow safeguarding and whistleblowing procedures at all times
- Attend mandatory and ongoing training
- Work collaboratively with care coordinators, managers and families
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months care experience preferred (training provided)
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle – essential
- Right to work in the UK (Skilled Worker sponsorship available for suitable candidates already in the UK)
- Good communication and written skills
- Flexible to work on a rota including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
