We are looking for compassionate and motivated Healthcare Assistants to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their daily needs and ensuring they receive the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Support patients with GP appointments and other healthcare needs.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients.
- Provide continuous support and deliver the best possible care.
- Assist with dressing, toileting, and incontinence care.
- Champion dignity and independence for all patients.
- Support patients with medication management.
- Help patients with meal preparation.
- Provide safe mobility support.
- Escort clients to shops, appointments, and special events, tailoring services to meet individual needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in healthcare (minimum of 3 years preferred).
- Self-motivated and energetic individual.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to provide both clinical and administrative assistance.
- Experience in mental health support, stroke support, palliative care, medication support, and dementia support.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a car (essential).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
